Parasailing

Experience the quiet exhilaration of parasailing, soaring peacefully above the clear blue waters of Lake Tahoe. Our experienced and licensed captains and crew will safely float you out from our state of the art Parasail Boat and let you enjoy the unparalleled and spectacular views of Lake Tahoe. Enjoy a gentle and effortless take off and landing, and take your camera up with you for once in a lifetime photo opportunities. You can “fly” solo or tandem, and ask about our observer rates if you want to ride along while your friends and family parasail tethered to a 1,000 ft. rope. Powerboat Rentals
Rent any powerboat for 3 hours and the 4th hour is FREE! We feature late model, open bow, inboard/outboard Searay ski boats from 22' and 300-hp to 24' and 350-hp, accommodating from 8 to 12 people. All boats are available with a canopy. First set of water skis included on all boats. Save up to $25 per paid hour with our Early Bird Special.

WaveRunner™ Rentals
Three times the fun because up to three riders can enjoy a WaveRunner™ rental in and out of harbor. What's more, up to three wetsuits are included in the price. Plus, save up to $25 per paid hour with our Early Bird Special.

Beach Boat Rentals
We offer you a great selection of human-powered watercrafts that are fun and invigorating to use. From pedal boats to canoes, and three types of kayaks—one-person, two-person--and paddle and pedal boats. Our friendly staff will show you the ropes on any of these great boats.

Water Toy Rentals
Hey, you're here to play in this amazing crystal blue water, so get the right water toys to play to the max! We offer you ski tubes, wakeboards, water skis, wetsuits and tow ropes, all ready to go.

Beach Activities

Zephyr Cove Resort’s mile-long sandy beach offers endless opportunities for fun in the sun. Enjoy Tahoe's best volleyball courts, the popular Sunset Bar & Grille with beach cocktail service, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals. Visit our gift shop for all of your beach needs. There are countless ways to enjoy the water at Lake Tahoe, but just one place to go for everything you need to get started: Zephyr Cove Resort Marina. We make fun on the lake 'smooth sailing'!

Volleyball
We host the best Beach Volleyball Courts on the entire lake, with official professionally-sized nets and boundaries. Whether you are joining a game or bringing your own group to play, there's nothing quite like serving, blocking and spiking on our sandy beach with the incredible backdrop of Lake Tahoe's alpine waters and the Sierra Nevada mountains surrounding you. Court use is free and volleyballs are available from the Sunset Bar & Grille.

Beach Chairs & Umbrellas
These essential elements of beach gear are available for rent. Our friendly beach staff will also set them up for you. They make a perfect 'home base' for you when you stake out your spot on the beach.

Swimming
Our sandy beach is the perfect entry point for a refreshing dip in Lake Tahoe's incredibly clear alpine water. Sun yourself while lazily bobbing on the water. Talk about relaxation and recreation. This is the place!

Beach Massage
This popular new service is provided by CHAOS Relief National Massage Services. Get a 10- to 20-minute massage on the beach from June to September. By appointment get a full hour on the beach or in your cabin. For more info contact 530.208.6053.

Buoy Rentals

You're boating on the incredible alpine waters of Lake Tahoe. Now you need a place to moor for the night, so cruise into Tahoe's most complete lakefront resort—historic Zephyr Cove Resort & Marina. Here you’re right at the center of it all. Everything is a short walk away—our mile of awesome sandy beach, our full complement of retail services and activities, our Sunset Bar & Grille, full-service restaurant and coffee bar, gift shop and general store.

Availability is limited and advance reservations are required for short-term Buoy Rentals; for rental rates, please call the Marina office at 775.589.4901. Daily fees include shuttle service to mooring between 8 A.M. and 8 P.M. during the summer and a daily automobile parking pass.
